George WalterALLENIt is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Walter, who died peacefully on Tuesday 7th July, aged 90 years, whilst in the care of The Meadows Care home, with his loving family by his side. Walter was a beloved husband to the late Rosalie, a much-loved Father to Carol & Sarah, a cherished grandad of Joseph, Thomas & Emily, Great Granddad to Ava & a dear Father-in-Law of Andrew & Brother-in-Law of June & Peter. A good friend to many, Walter will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
A service to celebrate Walter's life will take place at Grimsby Crematorium on Monday 17th August 2026 at 1.30pm.
Family flowers only, however donations in lieu will be put to the benefit of St Andrews Hospice, These can be left with the funeral director after the service or via george-walter-allen.muchloved.com
