JohnALLSOPOf Brassington. It is with great sadness the the Allsop family share the news of the passing of their dear Dad, John Allsop, following a short illness. John passed away peacefully on Monday 20th April at 5pm, aged 84 years, with family by his side. A man of great presence and character, he was well respected by all who knew him and will be sadly missed by family, friends and the wider community.
John's funeral will be held on Saturday 16th May at 12 noon at St James Church, Brassington, followed by interment in the Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations may be given to the Stroke Ward at the Royal Derby Hospital. You are welcome to join the family at Brookfields afterwards for refreshments.
