The obituary notice of David AMESS

Sir David Amess was a polite
gentleman, always there if you needed advice.
We lived in the flats across the road from Sir David and his family, the flats were called Riverstone.

Sir David was a bird lover, we knew he had several budgies, as we were chatting with him one afternoon and said we were moving back to Cornwall and didn't think it was fair to travel 340 miles in the intense heat that we had the day we had to travel.
Sir David was delighted to have them and we knew that they would be in very safe hands with him.

I hope Heaven has pretty little birds flying around and Sir David gets to see them and hold them as he liked to do.

Well Sir David, it's been very sad losing you I feel for your family, friends, neighbours, the M.P's you worked with and everyone else who I may have forgotten to add.

Heavens gained another Angel Sir David 🙏.

You were such a delightful gentleman.
It was dreadful to heàr that you had been attacked and killed.

No one who commits these sort of attacks doesn't get the punishment they deserve.
You was killed doing your job which you loved

We lived across the road from you and I can remember when we were going g to be moving a long way from Westciff on sea.
You said you would like to have our few budgies and you out them in your huge every.
You wad a gentleman in every way.¹If anyone got a chance to meet you you could almost guarantee that of you were asked about your constituency that you would do so with no worries 👍.
The country has lost such an awesome gent.
