RuthANCHELL - CHERRYSadly died on the 22nd September 2018, aged 88. Much loved mum, nanny, aunt and friend. Survivor of the Blitz, several husbands and went fighting all the way. Funeral service at Chelmsford Crematorium, South Chapel on Wednesday 10th October at 12.30pm. All friends welcome. Enquiries to Adam and Greenwood Funeral Home, 73 Rainsford Lane, Chelmsford CM1 2QS. While I did not know Ruth well, I do know she was an incredibly successful mother. She created and raised a loving, caring, strong, fun, happy, wonderful daughter in Jess. I wish I could be there to help support you, Jess, and your family through this.

Ruth changed my life and I am quite sure she touched many lives in her journey here on earth. I look forward to seeing her again in heaven.
