The obituary notice of Theresa ANDERSON

Theresa was not only my manager for many years. She became a very treasured friend. Theresa was very passionate about the role she played in the lives of many families she worked with, and some very wise words for colleagues and friends. Meeting up for a coffee was always a pleasure but sadly we never made that last one. In addition to Theresa's many qualities she had a wicked sense of humour. She will be sorely missed.

It was a pleasure working with you Theresa, hope they know how to make your tea up there milk first, it's got to be fresh milk! We got into some scrapes together, the time we were interviewing and got stuck between the doors at West Street, no phone, candidates outside and us trying to lift each other up so we could reach the button in the office to open the door, we did it then had to apologise to all the candidates, that was after we stopped laughing! Seriously you always thought about the families, you made a difference. Lots of love to all the family xxx

Reading this has made me really sad. I knew Theresa professionally and I really liked and respected her. I will never forget how kind and supportive she was to me when my mum died. My condolences to the family.

Fond and happy memories living opposite in Stockshill road Ashby to the lovely family,..Mum, Dad, Helen, Linda, Theresa and Veronica (not forgetting dads car Agnus!!) .
Rest in peace lovely lady, Theresa.
