Freda ChristinaANDREOUFreda passed away peacefully at Ysbyty Gwynedd on Monday, 25th August 2025, aged 83 years.

Cherished memories of our dearly loved Mum from her children Maria, Mark, Sophia and Karl. Loving, happy thoughts of the very best Grandma to Jade, Jasmine, Ashley, Jack and Darren. A wonderful and fun Great Nanny to Oscar, Abbie, Asher, Bela and Beti. An amazing and glamorous lady who will be truly missed and remain forever in our hearts.

As per Freda’s wishes, there will be a private celebration of her life. If you wish to make a donation in memory of Freda, these will be gratefully accepted for Mind Cymru.

You were the best Grandma to me and the most amazing Nannie to Oscar and Abbie. We will miss you so very much. Wonderful childhood memories of pricing up items, midnight feasts, car boot sales, feeding the horses, arcades and fish and chips at the beach. Memories with Oscar and Abbie of huge lunches, biscuits, arcades and buffets at our house with you playing with them and watching Abbie sing and dance.

Grandma - You were loving, kind and full of joy! Always good fun to be around and always up for a laugh and a joke. Thank you for all of the loving memories growing up, spending most of our time down the arcades in Benllech and stopping at the shop for sweets on the way home.
