ANDREW SELLERSAndrew (also known as Bruce) died with his friend Liam Connell in a road accident on the A52 at Kirk Langley, Derbyshire, on 20 October, 2008.
The crash also claimed the life of 12-year-old Alice Greenwood, of Ackworth, Pontefract, West Yorkshire.
Andrew was 18 and a former pupil of Queen Elizabeth Grammar School.
The Mayor of Ashbourne, Councillor Phil Chell, said the deaths were a tragedy for the town.
He said: "It's a terrible loss of life.
