WinifredANDREWS(nee SHANON) February 15th, 2015. Passed away peacefully at her home in Plas Newton, Chester with her family around her. Very much loved wife of the late Francis. Loving mother to Marilyn, loving nan and great-nan. Winifred will be sadly missed by all of her extended family and friends.
