MoyahARCHBOLD(Nee Carr) Passed away peacefully on 20 May, aged 90, surrounded by her husband, daughter and granddaughter after a long battle with Alzheimer's. Much loved wife of John, mother of Fiona, mother-in-law of Nick and nan of Anna and Alex, she will be very much missed.

Moyah's funeral will be held at 2pm on Monday 9th June at Our Blessed Lady and Saint Joseph Catholic Church, Leadgate, Brooms, County Durham, followed by committal in the cemetery of the church.

Please no flowers, but if you would like to make a donation, please support the Alzheimer's Society's 'Forget Me Not Appeal' (www.alzheimers.org.uk)

All are welcomed back to Moyah's home afterwards for refreshments.

My friend Moyah, I shall be forever thankful that you embraced my help when needed and we became the very best of friends. I learned such a lot from you and we had a lot of fun together, you were hilarious, dramatic and oh so kind. I shall think of you always especially in spring when the daffodils are dancing in the breeze. Thank you for giving me over 6 wonderful years. Wind to your wings you beautiful soul. Love, Kath. xx
