Kathleen AngelaARMITAGEJill, as she was known to all her friends in Guilden Sutton and beyond passed away on 23rd March in the Countess of Chester Hospital after a long illness. Jill was the beloved wife of Bob, proud and caring Mother to Graham, Rick and Phil, loving friend to her dear daughters-in-law and a doting Nanny and Grand-Nanny. She was energetically involved in Guilden Sutton Players for the past 40 years, former guide captain, keen singer with Chester Operatic Society and at Hoole Methodist Church, talented artist with Cestrian Art Group and an enthusiastic member of Tarporley Flower Club. Sadly, due to the pandemic, her funeral at Chester Crematorium on Thursday 8th April will be by invitation only but the service will be streamed. Family flowers only please but donations if so desired to National Children's Homes, Action for Children. We thank the nurses and staff in ward 50 and at Ellesmere Port for their care of Jill during the past 9 weeks.
