My sincere condolences to Lauren and all the family and friends of Neil. I was a teacher of Neil's at St. Thomas More School during his five years there and he was an extremely friendly and likeable student. I got to know Neil very well during our time there and he became as much of a friend to me as a student. I was very shocked to hear of Neil's sudden and tragic passing. You are all in my thoughts and prayers every day. Take care and Neil will never be forgotten x

I was terribly saddened to hear of the tragic death of Neil. He was a much loved and respected student from St. Thomas More School where I was a teacher of his and I remember Neil very fondly. I got to know him well during his time in the school and I became to consider Neil a good friend as well as a student. I would like to pass all my sincere condolences on to Lauren and all the family. A tribute to my dear nephew Neil

The loss of Neil is truly devastating and we cannot find words to express the sadness we feel for Lauren, Lilly and Noah.

We remember Neil as a man with a warm smile and a generous heart. He was so proud of his wife and children, working hard to support them and always finding time to have fun together.

It was of great solace to hear from Anne, Paul and Christine that Neil was so well cared for at Salford Hospital. The staff sounded amazing, not just in looking after Neil but showing genuine love and care for his family.

Neil you’ve left this troubled world and we know you’re in the strong and loving arms of your Dad, Peter, and other close relations you’ve lost during your all to short lifetime. We will always keep your memory safe in our hearts.

Rest in peace my wonderful nephew, you will always be remembered.
