Barry DouglasASHFIELDOn 15th March 2020, peacefully aged 73 years. Much loved husband of Trudy, loving dad of Charlotte and Jonathon and step-daughter Laura. Dearest brother of Carol and family. A service to celebrate Barry's life will be held at 2.30pm on Wednesday 25th March at The Haltemprice Crematorium, Willerby. No flowers please but donations to M.N.D. I want to give my condolences to the family and loved ones of Barry. I was a student involved in caring for Barry and developed a rapport with his family and carers. They were all so lovely and understanding of my learning and were so kind and understanding. Barry is now at peace having battled motor neurone disease for many years and I am sure he has made a lasting impression of those that cared for him, because he has definitely made one on me and my future as a nurse.
