Eric WilfredASHTONIt is with the greatest sadness to announce the passing of Eric. After a bravely fought illness Eric passed away on Tuesday 14th June 2022 aged 74 years. Beloved Fiancé of Kate. Beloved Step-Father of Rebecca and Justin. Cherished Grandad, Great Grandad, Brother, Uncle and a great friend to many. Eric will be sadly missed by all who knew him. A funeral service will be held at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe on Thursday 7th July 2022 at 2:40pm. Family flowers only please but donations, if so desired, would be gratefully received by Lindsey Lodge Hospice and Macmillan Cancer Support. Eric is now resting in the care of Ashby Funeral Care, 174 Ashby High Street, Scunthorpe. Tel: 01724 841112
