John RodneyASTLEY.9th April 2022. Suddenly but peacefully at his home, 4 Y Ddôl, Llanbrynmair, aged 76 years. Beloved father of Sian and her husband Rhys, Geraint and his fiancée Elin, adored Grandad of Cynan, Tudor and Tomos. Sadly missed by all his family and friends. Public service at Aberystwyth Crematorium on Wednesday, 4th May at 1pm. No flowers. So sorry to hear about Johns passing, the service was lovely today, just him !
I took John to a hospital visit to Liverpool for CAMAD some years ago. He wouldn’t hear of Sat-nav as he said he knew the way……oh no he didn’t and realised he hadn’t been to Liverpool for years. We eventually found the hospital and somehow we came home on the then unopened new toll
road ?!?
Got back to Llanbrynmair about 11pm , haven’t laughed so much , bless him x x
