SheilaASTON(née Atkinson) (Annitsford )
Passed away on 5th May, aged 93 years.
Adored wife of the late Allan, loving mam to Lesley, Philip and Alison, much loved mother-in-law to John, Elaine and Michael, cherished grandma to Rebecca and Andrew and their partners Jude and Jodie, beloved great grandma to Che Allan, special sister to Harry, Elsie and Sylvia, and a treasured sister-in-law to Edith.
Sheila will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.
Special thanks to the staff at Hartford Court Care Home, Cramlington for the love and care shown to Sheila and her family during her time with them, this is very much appreciated and will never be forgotten. Also many thanks to the community nursing team for the compassionate care provided to Sheila in her final days.
Friends please meet for service at St John The Baptist RC Church, Annitsford on Wednesday 27th May at 10.00am, followed by internment in the Churchyard.
All welcome to The Pioneer's Club, Annitsford for refreshments afterwards.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be sent to Cancer Research UK in accordance with Sheila's wishes.
