CliffordATHERTONIt is with great sadness we announce that Clifford Atherton, born 4 July 1934, passed away peacefully at home in Colwyn Bay aged 89 years, on 18th October 2023, with his son, Chris, by his side. Beloved husband to Audrey, much loved father to David, Sandra, Gail, Janice, Christopher and Maggi, grandad to Tommy, Terry, Maya, Adam, Peter and Lucy, and great-grandad to Willow. Uncle, great uncle, father-in-law, son, brother, cousin and special friend. A private, independent man who liked his own company, his strengths helped him deal with life's challenges. He will be dearly missed by family, friends and ex-work colleagues. There will be a private funeral service. Should you feel so inclined, you are welcome to make a contribution to St David's Hospice, Llandudno, in Clifford Atherton's name.
