DoreenATKINPeacefully on Monday 22nd December 2025, Doreen aged 92 Years, of Goxhill, Barrow upon Humber.

Dearly loved wife & best friend of Tony, loving mum of Andrew & Jill, Lindsey & Andrew, dear nanna of Hayley, Victoria & Sophie, sister of Barbara, sister-in-law of the late Ron, Ronwyn & the late Barry, Liz & the late Terry, Ann & the late Rodney & a loving aunt.

Doreen will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

A celebration of Doreen's life will be held at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe on Friday 16th January 2026 at 10.40am.

Formal wear is not required, Doreen would like a splash of colour

Family flowers only by request, donation's in lieu of flowers, if so desired may be sent to the LIVES Charity directly or left at the service.

I’m very sad to hear of Doreen’s passing. I worked at Goxhill Primary School nearly 30yrs ago and Doreen used to work as a supply teacher. I remember her enthralling the children with her memories of being a child during the 2nd World War. Doreen always smiled and made time for children and adults alike. It was a privilege to know you Doreen xx
