James ReidAVERYOur loving Dad passed away peacefully at home on 22nd July aged 92. He is now reunited with his beloved wife Shirley. He was devoted to his family; Jane and the late Joe, Stuart, Mark and Debi, Clive and Jo. He was a much loved and respected Grandpa to Ailsa and Simon, Ben, Harley-Jo, Esme, Cole, Issie and Lottie. He will be sadly missed by friends in Etwall and at Kedleston Park Golf Club. A service of thanksgiving for his life will be held at Etwall Methodist Church, Willington Road, Etwall at 4.30pm on Monday 21st August 2023. Family flowers only please but donations in his memory may be made to Treetops Hospice online at Treetopshospice.org.uk or at the service. Thank you. Further enquiries to Central Co-op Mickleover. I couldn’t have wished for a better Father.
When other people’s heroes were winning league titles, Wimbledon or The Ashes, mine was lifting the Kedleston Park Golf Clubs’ Spring Cup.
Reunited with Mum, Shirley, rest in peace until we meet again
