Samantha JadeBAGNALL(Sam) With much sadness on 6th May 2018 after a short illness but fought with much courage and dignity at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. Sam aged 26 years of Madeley. Devoted Partner of Calam, much loved Mummy of Evie and Alfie, treasured Daughter of Joy and Anthony, loving Sister of Sarah and Laura, proud Granddaughter of Iris, Joan and John, dear Daughter-n-law of Emma and Darren.
Sam will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her loving family and many friends.
Funeral service to be held at All Saints Church, Madeley on Tuesday 29th May 2018 at 11.00am followed by interment at Keele Cemetery. Will all relatives please accept this the only intimation, friends wishing to attend please meet at the church.
No mourning clothes, bright colours please.
