Iris KathleenBAILEYPeacefully passed away at Hillingdon Hospital on Saturday 6th May. She was much loved by all her family and friends and will be sadly missed. The funeral service will be on Tuesday 30th May 2pm at All Saints Church Hillingdon followed by committal at Breakspear Crematorium. Family flowers only would be preferred with donations in lieu of flowers to Hillingdon Hospital Charitable Fund to support Bevan Ward. C/o A V Smiths & Sons Tel 01895 234011
