Wonderful memories of Mal and Reen going back 50 years ago cheering Ragged on from behind the goals. Always there in all weathers, through good days and bad days. There are some true football Legends from Watkin St together again now. Great man Mal. True gent. RIP my friend, wonderful to have known you ⚽️❤️👍

Mal was a wonderful neighbour who lived in Watkin Street, his loyalty to football, especially Ragged School was the reason for a successful football club. Irene his wife also supported Ragged and would be heard during most games.

I know he'll be in good company with my Dad, Freddie, Maurice, John & Benny ( all Watkin St legends)waiting for him above.

He'll be greatly missed by his family & friends. RIP. Gary & Gaynor Morris.
