HazelBAKERBAKER - HAZEL, April 18, 2021. Passed peacefully at home April 18th 2021, age 81. Reunited with her Husband Glyn. Loving Mum of Shirley, Allison and Geoff. Devoted Nan to her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren and a much-loved Sister, Auntie and friend. A special thank you to Shelly and Mike, Hazel's carers who looked after her devotedly for the last five years.
