Maxwell DavidBAKEWELL'David' SRN Retired. Passed away peacefully on 26th December 2018 at Nottingham City Hospital. Will be sadly missed by his many friends and nursing colleagues. David will be received into Our Lady and St. Edward Church, Gordon Road, St Ann's, NG3 2LG on Sunday 20th January at 6pm. Funeral service will take place on Monday 21st January at Our Lady and St. Edward at 10.30 am followed by interment in Carlton Cemetery at 12 noon. Donations in lieu of flowers to: R.S.P.C.A. Co-op Funeral Care, Triumph Road, Lenton, NG7 2GA

Hoping to arrange a visit to the grave this week, and perhaps, bring David's old friend Liam Meade, too, even though Liam is
wheelchair bound, I know he and David worked together and were close friends for a lifetime

So sorry have only just found out today as I would have attended, but will have fond memories of David xx will have a gin and tonic for you David and bring you one when I visit your grave God bless you.
