RonaldBALSILLIERon passed away peacefully in North Tyneside General Hospital on Saturday 11th March, aged 84. Former Percy Main and Northumberland County Cricketer. A Church Service will take place at St. John's Church, Percy Main on Friday 31st March 2023 at 1pm. This will be followed by a short Cremation Service at Tynemouth Crematorium - 2:15pm. The Family would like to invite those who wish to remember Ron's life and Cricketing career to Tynemouth Cricket Club afterwards, for food and refreshments from 2:30pm.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ron late in his life. We soon realised we had a family connection and found there were uncanny family traits, such as his talent of painting.
Ron was always the gentleman, he was pleasant, friendly, kind and helpful. He would show a genuine interest in others.
I will remember him with great fondness. He is a character that will be truly missed and not forgotten.
