Frank WilliamBANNISTERof Stafford, sadly passed away at the Royal Stoke University Hospital on the 18th August 2019 aged 73 years. Greatly loved and missed by his wife Madeline, sons Mark and Richard and extended family. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday 3rd September at 1pm at Stafford Crematorium. I'm sorry at the passing of my cousin Frank. He will be missed particularly by Madeline, Mark and Richard. He had a good career and retained his sense of humour and family were important to him. Rest now, Frank. Kathleen Bichard nee Rhodes.

It was a very great pleasure to work in the same office as Frank for several years. He was extremely competent, considerate and thoughtful but always retained a cheerful sense of humour. Condolences to Madeline and family and Rest in Peace Frank.
