JasonBARBERPassed away on 9th October 2024, aged 56 years.

Sadly missed by all of his family and friends.

Funeral commences on Wednesday 13th November at 4pm in the main hall at Rising Brook Community Church, followed by a wake in the church tearoom.

Donations to the Rising Brook Community Church and it's Food Bank, in any form, are greatly appreciated.

Jason loved this community and they have helped him hugely throughout his life.

Jason was quite a "heart throb" when he arrived at Alleyne's High school to teach science. He was well liked by staff and pupils and was particularly good with those students who found science a challenge. If I remember correctly he was also happy to take part in productions/ concerts when staff were required. I am sad to hear of his passing and send my love to his family. Gina Brian Maths Department

Mr. Barber taught me at Alleynes, I was never really interested in most lessons but always found his classes to be enjoyable and remember him being so kind, condolences to his family and all who knew him.
