Funeral service to be held at the Cambridge City Crematorium 12:15pm East Chapel on Monday 17th December. Family flowers only, donations made payable to Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) may be sent to Richard Stebbings Funeral Services, Kendal House, Impington Cambridge CB24 9YS
