Although I have not seen Gordon for 35 years I remember him clearly. He interviewed me for my apprenticeship with Rolls-Royce in 1986 and I remember him challenging by electric trike design that I had partially built too. Ultimately, he decision to accept me as an apprentice led to my career for the last 37 years and all of the experiences here and overseas that I may not have had the opportunity to do otherwise.
