Mary GertrudeBARKEROf Plantation Street, Accrington passed away peacefully on Wednesday 29th November 2023, aged 85 years.

A much loved mother of Ann, John, Ian and David, a treasured grandma of Joanna, Sarah, Lynn, Katherine, Jamie, Mary, Jack, Caleb and Isobel, a cherished great grandma of Callium, Lewis and Oliver and also a dearly loved sister of Theresa, Joan, Tony, Charley, Margaret and the late Marie.

Trudy will be very sadly missed by all her loving family and friends.

A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 12.30pm on Tuesday 12th December 2023, at St Joseph's RC Church, Accrington.

Family flowers only please, but donations are being welcomed in memory of Trudy for Parkinson's UK or the British Polio Fellowship, and may be sent c/o

Bless you Aunty Trudy. So many lovely memories of spending time with you. My favourites are the party Dad held in their back garden before he passed away and more recently being able to share prayers and express my love for you and yours for me. Until we meet again ❤️
