Joseph WilliamBARLOW (Joe)BARLOW - JOSEPH WILLIAM (Joe), . 15th May 2021. Peacefully in hospital aged 68 years, of 'Mossgiel', Babell. Devoted husband and best friend to Paula, and loved brother of Andrew, Mark and the late George. Joe will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends. Funeral Service private, but funeral cortège will pass along Caerwys High Street at 3:15pm on Thursday 27th May. Donations in Joe's memory will be gratefully received for Glan Clwyd Hospital.
