GlenysBARNES (NEE WILLIAMS)With a heavy heart, the Barnes family announce the sad death of Glenys Barnes.
Glenys passed away after a short illness at Royal Derby hospital on the 6th February 2022.
Most dearly loved and missed by her husband John. Children Sally, Jane, Wendy and Jonathan. Sons in law Ian, Steve, Phil and Dave. Grandchildren Sophie, Ben, Lucy, Hannah, Tom, Charlotte and Matt. And Great grandchildren Daisy and Abel.
Glenys’s funeral will take place at Trent Valley Crematorium, Aston-on-Trent on Thursday 3rd March at 1:30pm. All most welcome.
Family flowers only by kind request.
Donations can be made in her memory to Cancer Research UK.
After the funeral the Barnes family will hold a celebration of the life and love of Glenys at The White Lion in Sawley.
