AnneBARNES(née Woods) of Pinewood Drive, Nelson, formerly of Haslingden passed away peacefully at Pendleside Hospice, on Sunday, November 20 after a long struggle with kidney disease. Born to Jim and Muriel Woods on January 23 1945, the first of four daughters. Predeceased by her husband, Robert, she will be dearly missed by her children, Michael, Carole, Isobel and Matthew, daughters-in-law Sarah and Lucy, son in law Stephen, grandchildren Megan, Ethan, Reuben, Gabriel and Beatrice; her sisters Pauline, Kathleen and Jane, along with a host of nephews, nieces, brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins and friends. Her service will take place at Accrington Crematorium on Tuesday, December 6 at 2.20pm. The service will be live— streamed for anyone unable to attend.
