PriscillaBARNESPassed away peacefully on 3rd August 2026, aged 78 years.

A much loved wife, devoted mam, treasured grandma, dear sister, auntie and loyal friend to many.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her warmth, kindness, strength and unwavering love for her family touched countless lives. She had a wonderful sense of humour, a heart full of generosity, and an enduring love and strength that brought a smile to those around her. Her family were her greatest pride and joy, and the memories she leaves behind will be cherished forever.

Funeral Service at Mountsett Crematorium on Thursday 20th August at 1.15pm.

Afterwards at Whickham Golf Club.

Please do not wear black.

Family flowers only please.

Donations to Critical Care Unit, Queen Elizabeth may be left in the donation box at the service.

Our lovely neighbour for so many years. We will miss your smiling face, your warmth and all our friendly chats.

Our thoughts and love are with Terry, Vicky, Dean and all your family at this very sad time. Cilla was fiercely proud of you all and never missed an opportunity to tell us about everything you were all doing. It was so lovely to see how much you all meant to her.

Cilla, you will be missed and fondly remembered by all of us.

Beautiful Cilla,
Dearest family friend to our parents Ronnie and Val, Cilla and Terry babysat myself and sister Jackie when they were dating in their younger days, and we have had the privilege to have known this wonderful lady and family for many years , They even surprised my sister on her wedding many years ago in Vegas and we all did the Grand Canyon together. Cherished memories will stay with us forever 💔

My Aunty Cilla. I was one of her and Uncle Terrys bridesmaids. Aunty Cilla was the biggest Elvis Presley fan I knew. She was a big character, always smiling and her eyes always shone whenever she talked about her kids and especially her grandkids. People who knew her, knew a truly special lady. I'm so blessed to have seen you and hugged you so tight and told you I loved you when I saw you last. Lots of love always Karen xxx
