Husband to Jacqueline and a loving father to Helen and Mark.

He will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at the Vale Crematorium, Fladbury
on Tuesday June 30th at 3.30pm.

Family flowers only. Please wear a splash of colour.
Donations, if desired, for St. Richard's Hospice
may be left in the collection tube at the service
