Leonard GeorgeBARRETTOur Dad passed away peacefully at his sheltered flat, after a short period of illness. Leonard George Barrett was born in 1942, and will be missed by his family, Mark, Jayne, Stephanie, Kevin and Paul He loved his music, it was his life, and he missed performing. In his life long musical career, he met the Beatles, Creme, and nearly got his own recording contract. His show band won the Opportunity Knocks TV talent show 3 times The funeral will be at the Cannon Hill chapel of Canley crematorium at 0945hrs on 22nd November. All are welcome to attend. We will have a bit of a knees up at the Radford club from 1130hrs. Again, all are welcome, it won't be a sombre event, my dad always loved a doo He wouldn't like flowers, we will be collecting for a local charity, Earlsdon stroke support group Thanks
