ElizabethBARRETTIt is with great sadness the family announce that on Friday 19th April 2024, suddenly but peacefully Betty aged 75 years gained her angel wings. She fought a courageous battle with great strength and dignity.

Reunited with John her beloved husband of 54 years. Loving mother to Glen, Phil and the late Jonathan and James, an adored mother in law to Lisa, Rachel and Emma, a proud nanna to Josh, Ellisha, Amelia, Alexander, Elliott, Libby, Oliver, George and Louis, a great nanna to Elijah, a cherished sister to Dawn and the late Brian and a treasured sister in law to many.

A celebration of her life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Thursday 2nd May at 12.45pm.

No mourning dress by family request, please wear bright colours.

Floral tributes can be received at Waltham Funeral Service or if preferred donations in Betty's memory can be sent to St Andrew's Hospice, Peaks Lane, Grimsby, DN32 9RP.
