William WrightBARRIEPassed away peacefully on the 22nd October in Medbourne, aged 78. Bill was the husband and partner of Sheelagh for nineteen years, previously married to Lucille for thirty two years.
Father of Neil and Euan. Grandfather to Rose, Florence, Amelia, Charlie, Daniel and Ruby. Stepfather to Kym and Grandfather of Osten and Arla.
Pioneering surgeon at Leicester General Hospital. Generous cycling club leader at Welland Valley Cycling Club. A true courageous leader who will be missed by us all.
Bill's funeral will be held at Great Glen Crematorium on Friday 24th November at 9.30am. No flowers but donations welcome to the Welland Valley Cycling Club Youth Development Fund.
