Kathryn LesleyBARRONIt is with much sadness that we announce the passing of Kathryn Lesley Barron, born 10th May 1938. Known to those close to her as Kath, she was the much-loved widow of the late Edward Donald Barron, mother to six children, grandma to thirteen grandchildren, and great-grandma to two great-grandchildren. She died peacefully, surrounded by her family, on 22nd October 2021 at Belong Care Home, Macclesfield. There will be a short committal, at 13:15 on Wednesday 17th November 2021, at Macclesfield Crematorium, followed by a full celebration of her life, which will be held at Poynton Methodist Church, at 14:30. Guests are then invited to remember Kath at Poynton Working Men's Club. We politely request attendees not to wear black, as Kath was colourful in life.
