Beloved mother of Jayne, Nan to Victoria and Beth, Great Nan to Lucas and Amelia Requiem mass to be held at St Osburg's RC Church on Wednesday 10th June at 11.30am, followed by committal cremation service at Canley Crematorium In The Cannon Hill Chapel A celebration of life will follow at The Phantom Coach, Fletchamstead Highway, CV4 7BA Donations if desired payable to Birmingham Diocesan Trust (to benefit St Osburg's RC Church) in memory of Teresa which can be made via J E Hackett and Sons website (make a donation) or by post to J.E.
