Passed away suddenly at Derby City
Hospital on 17th March 2008,
aged 54 years.
A much loved husband of Cheryl, dearly
loved dad of Sacha, Ashlee, Leon and
Kristian, also a very special grandad and
a friend to many.
The funeral service will be held in the
Carnarvon Chapel at Bretby Crematorium
on Friday 28th March at 10.30am.
