DavidBARTIEPeacefully at University Hospital Wishaw on Tuesday 9th January, 2024 aged 89 years Dave, beloved husband of the late Isa (nee Kidd). Father of George, Lorraine, David and Mary, Father-in-law of Anne and Neil, much loved dad, Papa and great Papa. God saw that he was weary, And the hill was hard to climb, So He closed his weary eyelids, And whispered peace be thine Goodnight Papa from all your grandchildren and great grandchildren. Thanks to dad's carers, ambulance staff, doctors, nurses and staff ward 6 Wishaw University Hospital for the excellent care he received. Funeral will take place Friday 2nd February at Co-op Funeralcare Larkhall at 10am, thereafter at South Lanarkshire Crematorium at 11am.
