Grace AmyBARTLETT(nee PHILLIPS) On June 29th, 2015. Peacefully at Helme Hall Care Home and formerly of Holmfirth, Grace aged 94 years. Loving wife of the late Tom, mother of the late Viv, mother-in-law of Sarah, a much loved grandma of Tom, Eran, Stewart and Adam, and a great friend to many. Funeral Service at Christ Church, Helme on Friday, July 10th at 2.00 p.m., followed by Private Cremation. No flowers by request please.
