A special thank you to Doctor Vicky Ford and her team at the Oncology Department at The Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Wonford, for all they did for Gordon during his long fight. Also, to all the staff on Yeo Ward and Doctor Kelvin for their care in his final few weeks, and to anyone else we may have forgotten. To Graham, of Walter H.
