Alistair PaulBARWICKBARWICK It is with great sadness that Michael has to announce the sad loss of his beloved son Alistair Paul on December 4, 2007 at his home in Catford, London, aged 43 years, dear partner of Nigel and friend of Jill and John, loving stepson to Elizabeth, loving brother to Philip (Jim), Vincent, Lauren and Stella, dear brother-in-law to Joanne, Leigh-Anne and Matthew, a loving uncle, nephew and cousin. Service at South Ferriby Methodist Chapel on Friday, December 14 at 1.30 pm, followed by interment at St. Nicholas Churchyard, South Ferriby. Family flowers only please by request, if desired donations in lieu for Friends For Mental Health (East Kent) may be sent c/o Huteson & Sons Funeral Directors, 25 Holydyke, Barton-upon-Humber DN18 5PR or left at the service (cheques payable to Huteson & Sons Charity Account). A Thanksgiving Service for the life of Alistair will be held at St. Peters Methodist Church Canterbury, Kent on Saturday, December 22 at 3.00 pm.

I knew Alistair at secondary school in Barton-upon-Humber. He was a nice, kind and quiet person. I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing.

Mr Barwick was a fabulous teacher and head of year. Always there for the pupils great loss to the the teaching world
