Sidney IvorBASSIt is with great sadness that the family of Sid (Nobby) Bass announces his death at home after a short illness on February 2nd 2022, at the age of 92. Nobby passed away peacefully and will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 63 years Jean, his daughter Teresa, son Andy, grandchildren Matt and Hannah and great grandson Dylan. Nobby having dedicated his life to scouting was the first in the county to achieve his 70 years long service award. The funeral service will be held at The Church of the Ascension with All Saints, Maltese Road, Chelmsford at 2pm on Friday 18th March. All are welcome to attend.
