David AnnBATEBATE (David) Ann, Paul and Janet would like to thank Marie Curie, St Davids Hospice, District Nurses and Caring Hands. Also Drs Emmett & Michelson of Craig y Don surgery for all the care they gave David. Also thanks to Jenny, thanks to Rector John Nice for his kindness at the service. Many thanks to everyone for the many cards, messages of sympathy and donations received in memory of David. Special thanks to Pat for all she did for David, I couldn't have got through it without her, and Sandra for being there for me.
