Peacefully in The Freeman Hospital on Monday 18th January 2016, aged 89 years, Beatrice May (Beattie, nee Phillips), beloved wife of the late Cyril (Chris), much loved mam of Christine, Alan and Anne, dear mother-in-law of Colin and Vince, loving nana of Anna and great nana of Jamie and Georgia. Would family and friends please meet for Funeral Service and cremation at The West Road Crematorium, on Tuesday 9th February at 12.00noon. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired to The Alzheimer's Society or Ward 18, c/o The Freeman Hospital. All welcome afterwards for refreshments to The Benwell Hill Cricket Club. Will be greatly missed.
