RonaldBATTERSBYBATTERSBY - RONALD, April 27, 2019. Formerly of "Is Crug" Criccieth, has passed away at Chesterfield Royal Hospital following a short illness. Ron, aged 97, was born in Eckington, Derbyshire, but spent all his married life in Criccieth, North Wales. He returned to Derbyshire in 2015 following the death of his wife, Doris. He was a keen fisherman and crown green bowling. Ron leaves Children Jennifer, Richard, Delyth, Kathryn. Also grandchildren Tom, Robert, Charlotte, Michael, Natalie, Hannah and 7 great grandchildren. The funeral service will take place on Monday 10th June, 2019 at Chesterfield Crematorium, Brimington at 12.50pm. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Cancer Research. Funeral Directors: J.
