Rip Clive you were such a great kind most honourable gentleman to talk to, I can remember when you always used to hand me a pink wafer whenever I was at my grandma's house across the road, forever in hearts always in our mind, you'll forever be missed ❤️

Clive, you will be missed! I have such fond memories of going for VW camper van rides with you & your beautiful daughters! We’d all pile in, laughs& happy, and on the country music would come. Johnny Cash or Kenny Rodgers!! Kerry, Gail, Shari Lee & Kristy and I would all sing at the top of our lungs. I loved those little van trips. You & Gayna always made me feel like I was a part of your family. You were so kind and always included me. We lived across the road from you for several years and I have such fond memories of the entire Batty family.
Thank you for always being such good friends with my mom and dad, Bob, Maragaret Preston. They loved you guys so much and they have many fond memories of you all also.
Rest in peace, Clive! Hopefully you’re sitting on a cloud somewhere with Johnny, singing, some good old country music. XXXX

Absolutely gutted I won't be able to make it to say goodbye Clive what an amazing man you were and still are I only hope my son turns out to be half the man you were. Still a very respected man in this life and the next sleep well you deserve it.
