So many great memories of Mimms cottage and Daphne and Jess the dog as a child. It was my favourite family visit that we would make and the garden was always beautiful and a place of adventure! Her art shows were an inspiration to me and her roast dinners and puddings always the best. Sorry and sad to not be able to make the funeral, and sending you all love and care xxxxxxxxxxxx

We spent many a lovely day at Daphne’s . Enjoying the garden she so lovingly tended . We ate her marvellous puddings and dinners especially at Christmas time. Her art shows were special because of the setting and her attention to detail. I’m sad that Daphne is gone, it’s the end a glorious era of time spent well , connection and love.
